Product Description
The Sport is rotomolded with a single layer super linear polyethylene that is much more rigid than comparable weight single layer boats. The somewhat flatter hull promotes better surfing characteristics which also helps in a following sea. The kayak has been designed to fit a range of kayakers from approximately 5ft 4inch (162 cm) to 6ft 4inches (193 cm) tall.
The kayak is fitted with the high performance glass seat (unless otherwise requested) and a fiberglass cockpit rim and day hatch rim. There is plenty of room for large feet and extra leg room due to a raised area either side of the cockpit (“knee bumps”). The kayak has a low rear deck for easy rolling with a keyhole cockpit that gives excellent grip, control and quick exits when needed The sloping bulkhead behind the seat allows the kayak to be emptied by lifting only the bow.
