Note that all boats are now in Texas with transit to California once we sell three or more boats with shipping charge. Note – deals are offered to individuals or clubs only (no outside dealer resales). Local sales tax not included in price listings below. Note: Collecting sales tax is a legal requirement of anyone selling more than two new or used boats or other private sales per rolling year (include Craigslist and garage sales). Otherwise, buyers in both Texas and California pay an equivalent “use” tax if audited.
